In my more than 25 years of experience, I have worked with passionate start-ups, acquirers of businesses, and those seeking to retain and incentivise their all-important business talent, through to that sale, merger, listing, or simply retirement.

I see my role as empowering motivated, enterprising business owners to attain their strategic objectives at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey.

In doing that I can achieve my personal objectives of work-life balance whilst finding the joy in challenges and the humour.

My aim is to listen, identify, present as simply as possible, and implement, appropriate tax solutions for that business or individual.

As the corporate finance partner at Olivine, my role involves giving clients strategic advice and helping them realise their ambitions through acquisition, sale of their business, or raising debt or equity capital.

In my more than 30 years of experience, I have worked with numerous management teams from start-ups to mature quoted business. I have engaged with acquirers and sellers of businesses, and advised them on growth strategies through to that sale, merger, listing, or simply retirement.

I have a particular speciality for working with management teams to execute a management buyout, sale, or exit via an EOT.

Whether it is a £70m insitutional buy out or a £2m share sale my aim is to focus on the various needs of all the stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome is achieved for everyone involved.
